TechWerx is a hub focused on connecting DOE with energy leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, policymakers, small businesses and other players across academia, industry, non-profits, workforce development, and policy to foster innovation and collaboration.
TechWerx was established as a Partnership Intermediary to administer programs that accelerate partnership formation in support of DOE’s missions to expand development and deployment of clean energy solutions, heighten energy security, and strengthen national security ecosystems. TechWerx is a partnership that was openly competed and awarded to RTI International through a Broad Agency Announcement.
